Little Pals Integrated Preschool | Enable Ireland
Little Pals is an integrated preschool with 12 places in each group. Six of these places are for children attending Children Disability Network Team and six are for children from the local area.
Morning Play group 9.30-12.30pm
The morning playgroup has a maximum number of 12 children. Children must be ECCE eligible to attend this group. This group uses a structured routine around Play based learning activities which include table top activities, painting, play dough, sand and water play. Language activities and song/ story time are also part of the programme.
Montessori 9.30-12.30pm
The Montessori group has a maximum number of 12 children. Children must be 4 years of age to attend this group. This group provides an environment which allows children to work individually and at their own pace with activities of their own choice. Children are encouraged grow and develop creatively. Activities are educational and focus on communication skills, self-awareness and self-confidence. The main focus in this group is to prepare children for their transition into Primary School the following September.
First Pals Afternoon Group 2.00 - 4.00pm
The afternoon playgroup “First Pals” has a maximum of 12 places. Children must be 2 years of age in order to attend this group. “First Pals” afternoon playgroup runs for four afternoons a week (Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs) between 2 and 4.00 pm. The afternoon group provides play based learning and follows the same curriculum as the Morning Playgroup.
